Dinner! 

I loaded on veggies and got full for some reason I always felt like I’d never get full on veggies.  

     

I boiled and shredded chicken breasts. Sautéed kale and spinach on garlic and evoo. Also cooked mushroom, red and green bell pepper and onion. Also made some zoodles!! It looks so pretty on the plate but Iixed it all together.
